Another nature shot at Watermead Park. I love this shot due to the background being blurred so all the focus is on the plant. I love how everything is green, the perfect nature shot. This image could be better by improving the composition on the plant. So in my image, the plant is positioned directly in the centre of the frame, if I wanted to make it even better, I should've positioned it anywhere else but the centre. If you always compose the subject in the middle of the frame, it can come off as boring, so you need to compose your subjects well. This can go with anything, such as Portraiture, Landscapes and still life. Otherwise, I think this is a fantastic photo. It was actually my last photo of the day so I am glad with the outcome.

Macro and Still Life photography. As you know, these types of photography are my favourite due to the different outcomes you can achieve by doing them. Macro Photography always looks cool due to the blur effect while the main subject being in focus. Now obviously it doesn't have to always be with still life, You can use macro photography with anything but I prefer it as it has a really good outcome and it is really fun. If you enjoy the style of photography then keep doing it, if you have fun then there's more chances for you to come out with a really awesome image! Obviously mix it up once in a while, try and explore new things, you never know, you may find excitement in a new style of photography like portraiture for example. This was taken in Watermead Park, I haven't uploaded an image like this in a while, and seeing I love this image, I thought why not.

Here is my second watermead blog post! I thought since there are loads of wildlife wondering around the park, I would try to capture some of them. It was hard to do as they wouldn't stay still! It was also quite scary!! But nevertheless I came out with this fabulous shot. What I love about it is that the bird is posing like it is a majestic animal and it gives the image a dramatic feeling. I also love that this isn't the only bird in frame, that there are a few others but are blurred out showing that I was just trying to focus on this one animal. I would definitely recommend everyone to try do this, the key is to be patient and try get close to them. If not then use a zoom lens, so you can zoom right in while you are at a distance.

Watermead Park, Leicester! I took these before the Leicester City parade, but as the parade was just over I thought I would blog those pics before as they were something different. I love this picture of the King Lear's Lake. It sets a relaxing mood and atmosphere to the people viewing it. They could imagine themselves there just looking out at the lake with the sun setting. That is what the aim of the image is. Watermead is a great place to photograph, especially when the weather is beautiful. Luckily, the day I went, it was amazing. I have a lot more photos to share and hopefully you all will love them!

The final LCFC blog post! It has been a while since I posted a blog, due to technical difficulties with my phone, I wasn't able to post my pictures on Instagram, but my phone is back and so are the blog posts! The final picture shows the Leicester City players with the Premier League Trophy. From my view, I couldn't see all of the players, but I did see the likes of Riyad Mahrez, Danny Simpson, Andy King, Kasper Schmeichel, Danny Drinkwater, Robert Huth and Jamie Vardy. Although it isn't the clearest picture, As a massive Leicester City fan, this picture makes me proud. To be able to capture the emotions of the players celebrating the league title in MY city is a rare thing and I am glad I was there to experience and capture it.

Before the players had come to my spot on the bus, these official looking people had arrived on horses and I thought I would capture a photograph and make it different from my flag images. I love this image because the woman on the horse has made direct eye contact with the camera. I also love the horses. It just makes the picture more dramatic and it works really well. I also love how only the horses and the people are in focus so that people viewing the photograph will know what I am trying to capture in this photo.

My favourite image from the whole photoshoot! I thought I would destaurate the image and using the history brush tool, I kept the flag coloured so the image does have a bright vibrant colour in the image and so it "pops" out to people when viewing the image. Unfortunately most of my images are flags but that's because most of the day were people waving their flags to support our Leicester City Football Club. One of the reasons why I love this image is because of the depth of field, how the background is blurred so the blue flag jumps out from the image, sort of like a 3D effect.

I love this image from my photoshoot in town because of the flags that are in frame of the shot. Using a small depth of field, I managed to blur out the little blue flag in front of the flag that I wanted to be in focus. I also wanted to capture people's expressions on the day so I managed to capture that and the focus of the flag in the same shot. It was an important day in the whole of Leicester's history so seeing people waving their flags and cheering the players on was the aim for my work on that day. I feel I have captured that. Due to a limited space I had where I was standing, I couldn't really do a lot of different camera angles, It was packed and I was squashed unfortunately, so I had to keep my camera safe but this shot has come out well and I am proud of it.

This is my third image from the lcfc parade photoshoot. I love this image because the expression shown through the peoples smile tells the story of how our team won one of the biggest leagues in the world. Leicester City a team who wasn't very big until now. The city is a multicultural city full of different religions, race and ethnicities. This parade brought everyone together, everyone was smiling and enjoying the day, I took many pictures but this is one of my favourites because I managed to achieve what I wanted to do. Which was to get some good images of the bus tour and at the same time capture some good street photography images.

Here is my second chosen image from the Leicester City victory parade. This was early on in the day. I thought I would capture this man wearing a funny Claudio Ranieri mask because it looks great. The mask of the man is our manager who won us our first ever premier league title. This is a great shot as a street photography shot. In my opinion, it was harder to take pictures on that day than any other day because there were 250,000 people, so there were bound to be some people that would either give dirty looks or wouldn't want to be photographed and that did happen. As a football fan and a photographer, this shot tells a story of football fans getting behind their team after two hard seasons in the premier league. With the woman holding the flag, the photo captures her emotion that she has for Leicester City and it all shows in this single frame.
